My Story
My story all started when I was 12. Several of my friends had joined a local pony club so I decided to join. I think my parents thought that it was just a phase however the horse bug caught me, and I have been hooked on horses ever since. It took a lot of begging to get my first horse but finally my parents gave in when I was 15 with the thought that I would be more interested in horses then boys during my teenage years and they were 100% right.

In pony club I was able to achieve the HB rating which is a national rating that covers topics like nutrition, vet care, anatomy, shoeing, etc. I also competed in Regional and National rallies several years. I am still a member of Boskydell Pony Club and plan on achieving more ratings as well as help with teaching the younger members.

I graduated college with a degree in Business Administration. I chose this because I knew I always wanted to start my own business. For a while I worked in the accounting field but learned that this field was not a permanent place for me to stay career wise. I felt like God created me for more than sitting at a desk. I needed to have a career where I felt like I was helping people. So, in 2024 I decided to launch Lydibug's Therapeutic Farm and give beginner riding lessons as well as start a Stable Moments program designed for adopted and fostered kids.

In the future I plan on getting certified to do therapeutic riding for kids with disabilities and well as provide equine massage therapy.
